Here is another version of my autumnal calendar card. As mentioned in my previous post, I like to use images that are not holiday themed because the calendars will be used all year long.
Again I used a Penny Black stamp image. I just love the PB hedgehogs. They are so easy to color with Copic pens.
The Sizzix card die (an old one on a thick long platform) makes it super easy to cut multiple cards. A Sizzix circle die was used to cut watercolor paper upon which I stamped the image with waterproof Memento ink before coloring. The calendar was ordered from Vippies.
I stamped the image on some scrap paper and cut out a mask to cover the image in the watercolor paper circle while I colored the blue sky and sprayed it with silver ink. As with the card in the previous post, I cut the word 'Blessings' from copper colored foil card stock. I purchased the Sizzix 'Winter Blessings' die from HM Ben Franklin Crafts Christmas section. I hope you've enjoyed your visit to this site and will leave a comment if you have time. I enjoy hearing from you. Have a happy holiday crafting season!

Cute card, love anything calendar related.... super cute
Easel cards really do make great desk top calendars. I love Penny Black hedgies too...they are so adorable, and I like how you used soft colors to color in your stamped images. Your friends and family who are fortunate enough to receive your calendars will be so pleased!
